Candles can be relaxing and add to the ambiance of your home. They can also be dangerous. If you follow the candle safety tips here and understand the required pictograms on candle labels you can enjoy our wax products safely.
Every effort is made to ensure your candle is packaged securely before shipping, however, you should check the container thoroughly for cracks before use. If you notice any breakages please contact us as soon as possible, including a photograph of the damage, so that we can arrange a replacement.
It is important to trim your candle wick before each burn. Wooden wicks need to have the excess charred wood removed before each burn.
You should discontinue using your container candle once there is only half an inch of wax remaining. To do so could overheat the glass causing it to explode.
Custom & Personalised Orders
We will happily try to accommodate custom requests, especially gift sets for special occasions. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
This also includes our personalised label designs service. We have designed a number of bespoke labels for clients and will happily try to accommodate your requests. As above, please contact us to discuss.
By selecting our gift wrapping option your product will be presented in either a vintage styled Kraft brown box, lined with appropriate tissue paper, or, for our premium range, a white suitably sized boxed adorned with our logo and tied in a ribbon.
This option carries an additional charge. Please contact us if you have any special requirements which we will do our best to accommodate.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to ship all ready made orders within 3/5 working days of the order being received. Working days do not include weekends.
Orders that require either being hand made or materials ordering may take slightly longer.
Delivery is £3.00 for Royal Mail 2nd class which applies to the first item added to your cart.
A charge of £0.50 will incur for each additional item added. If you are looking to purchase a bulk order please contact me to arrange an alternative delivery method.
Please note some items may have higher delivery charges to cover the extra weight eg. large gift sets and premium candles.
You can upgrade your shipping option to Royal Mail 1st Class for an extra cost.
Do You Deliver Overseas or to BFPO?
At the moment we do not deliver overseas, although this may change. However, if you live at a BFPO address please contact us so that we can make arrangements for you.
Refunds and Returns
Naturally we hope that our products meet with your expectations, however we understand that sometimes this may not be the case. Please contact us to discuss any concerns you may have or to return a product and request a refund as soon as possible.
Once we receive your item in its original condition we will initiate a refund to your card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
